Lotto bosses reveal location of winning Daily Millions ticket worth whopping €1M

ONE lucky punter has bagged the Daily Million top prize of €1 million in last night’s 9pm draw.

The Monaghan player is now the 22nd National Lottery millionaire of 2023.  

This marks the 11th top prize win in the Daily Million games so far this year.

The winning numbers for yesterday’s 9pm draw were: 8, 10, 11, 30, 33, 38 and the bonus was 37.

And the National Lottery are set reveal the location of the winning store in the coming days.

It comes as last night’s EuroMillions draw saw two Irish players win big.

One online winner matching five numbers and the bonus to take home a whopping €164,674.

Another Irish player from Offaly picked up €38,487 after correctly matching five numbers.

The winning numbers in last night’s EuroMillions draw were: 7, 31, 33, 35, 36 and the Lucky Stars were 7 and 10.

There was no winner of last night’s Jackpot worth an incredible €38,938,247, which means Tuesday’s Jackpot rolls to an estimated €50 Million.

A National Lottery spokesperson said: “It’s been a life-changing weekend for a Monaghan Daily Million player who now has a ticket worth €1 Million!

“Ireland’s newest millionaire has officially become the 22nd National Lottery millionaire of 2023.

“We will be announcing the winning store location in the coming days.

“Today we’re urging all Daily Millions and EuroMillions players to check their tickets carefully and if they are the winner, we advise them to sign the back of their ticket and keep them safe.

“The winners should make contact with the National Lottery prize claims team on 1800 666 222 or email [email protected] and arrangements will be made for them to claim their prizes.”

Meanwhile, a lotto syndicate was overjoyed to claim their massive €2.4million fortune after nearly giving up on their dreams of winning big.

The Co Louth group had a Saturday night to remember last weekend after purchasing the winning ticket that scooped them €2,418,002 at Tesco in the Longwalk shopping centre in Dundalk.

The Wee County winners scooped the life-changing amount in the July 15 Lotto draw.

The group became the eighth Lotto jackpot winners of 2023 following wins by players in Limerick, 2, Dublin, 2, Meath, Donegal and Westmeath.

And they admitted that they were in total shock when they saw their numbers appear on screen – and if it wasn’t for horrendous weather last weekend, they might never have won.
