Jodie Turner Smith steps out during her divorce. Friday the same month that the 37-year-old actress filed for divorce by Joshua Jacksonshe was present Casamigos’ Halloween party in Los Angeles.
Dressed as a schoolgirl, Turner-Smith was photographed everywhere with various friends the evening, including a man she walked arm in arm with. The mystery man had Turner-Smith on one arm and another woman on the other as they walked outside the bash.
The sighting comes shortly after Jackson, 45, had been seen at a concert with Lupita Nyong’othat one recently has experienced a breakup with Selema Masekela. The old friends showed no PDA during their outing.
To Turner-Smith filed for divorce from Jackson a source told ET that the couple’s “hectic work schedules began to weigh on their relationship, which began more than a year ago, when they were both filming projects and not always in the same place.”
“They tried to make things work and took steps to help their relationship and better manage their busy schedules,” the source said. “From the outside it looked great for a while, but privately they slowly grew apart.”
“They are trying to be amicable as they move forward with their divorce and try to avoid feelings of animosity,” added the source of the couple, who share a three-year-old daughter, Juno. “They both respect each other and are focused on co-parenting their daughter. They want to have a positive relationship, both for her and for themselves.”
