Two Irish Lotto players land life-changing sums in tonight’s EuroMillions

TWO lucky players hit it big bagging tonight’s EuroMillions Plus draw top prize of €500,000 – as a jackpot over €30 million was rolls over.

National Lottery chiefs confirmed there was no winner of the top prize – but two player’s in Ireland struck luck in the Plus draw.

In the main EuroMillions draw, the numbers pulled were 21, 29, 31, 34, 43 and the lucky stars were 2 and 9.

While in the Ireland-only Plus draw, the winning numbers were 9, 25, 30, 35 and 50.

Some 50 players who matched four number bagged €2,000 in the Plus draw.

While 2,352 players won €20.

On Wednesday, two players in Dublin were celebrating after scooping a Lotto jackpot worth €7.7million between them.

The lucky punters scooped €3,867,027 each.

Ireland’s two newest millionaires have now taken the titles of 10th and 11th Lotto jackpot winners of the year.

And the National Lottery have confirmed that the winning store locations will be announced tomorrow.

The lucky numbers in the draw were: 01, 06, 08, 12, 13, 16 and the bonus was 35.

A National Lottery spokesperson said: “What a night for Lotto players in Dublin with not one, not two but THREE players winning huge amounts in Wednesday night’s draw.

“Two players became overnight millionaires after sharing the jackpot to win €3,867,027 each.

“The two biggest winners of the night have been added to our roll call of jackpot winners for the year to date at the 10th and 11th spots.”

CLAIM DEADLINE

Meanwhile, a lucky Lotto player has less than a week remaining to claim a massive five-figure cash prize.

The winning Telly Bingo Snowball prize ticket was purchased on July 14, but the prize has not yet been claimed by the winner.

The National Lottery is appealing for Telly Bingo fans in Laois to check their old tickets as the €45,075 prize remains unclaimed.

The lucky ticket worth €45,075, was purchased at Dunnes Stores in the Kyle Shopping Centre on James Fintan Lalor Avenue in Portlaoise, Co Laois.

The deadline for the €45,075 prize is the close of business on Thursday October 12.
