IRELAND has a new millionaire after a lucky punter scooped the top prize on the Lotto Plus One draw tonight.
The player bagged the top prize of a whopping €1,000,000 after matching the lucky numbers.
The numbers drawn in the Lotto Plus One draw were 6, 10, 29, 33, 37, 39 and the bonus ball was 24.
There were no winner of the top prize for the Lotto draw tonight.
The jackpot stood at an eye-watering €5,319,834 but has yet to be won.
The numbers drawn in the main draw were: 16, 17, 21, 30, 35, 41 and the bonus ball was 43.


There were also no winner of the Lotto Plus Two jackpot which stood at €250,000.
The winning numbers in the Lotto Plus Two draw were: 12, 16, 24, 30, 32, 34 and the bonus ball was 40.
Meanwhile, a lucky Lotto punter in Co Monaghan has been urged to come forward and claim their €1 million prize before it’s too late.
The Emyvale winner has just weeks left to claim their Raffle prize from the 19th August draw.

The winning Quick Pick ticket was purchased on Thursday 17th August at Centra on Main Street in Emyvale, Co. Monaghan.
And the National Lottery are continuing to urge players who purchased a ticket in the store to check their tickets very carefully to see if they’re the winner.
The Lotto Plus Raffle typically sees between 60 and 120 winners of €500 in every draw but that particular draw saw ONE player enjoy an even higher windfall due to a special Raffle event.
Each of the tickets with the winning Lotto Plus Raffle number drawn in the Saturday 19th August draw were entered into a once-off random draw where one ticket was selected to win an additional prize of €1 million.
While every ticket holder who had the winning Raffle number won €500, one player scooped €1 million, in addition to the usual €500 prize.
The winning Raffle number was: 3249.
ALERT FOR WINNER
Shop owner Glyn Williams has urged the potential millionaire holding onto to the slip to come forward.
He said: “It’s been three weeks since the big draw and there’s still a lot of excitement around the town about the win.
“We have had customers in to congratulate us for selling the golden ticket and of course to check their own tickets.
“We just hope that the winner does make contact with the National Lottery soon and collect their prize.”
He added: “They might not even know that they have a ticket that’s now worth €1 million.
“If they haven’t realized their luck just yet, they are in for a huge surprise!”


Ticketholders have 90 days from the date of the draw to claim their prize.
This means that the deadline for this prize is close of business on Friday 17th November.
