TWO players in the capital are celebrating after jointly winning a €7.7 million Lotto jackpot last night.
The lucky bettors each won €3,867,027 during Wednesday evening’s draw.

Ireland’s two newest millionaires have now won the titles of 2023’s 10th and 11th Lotto jackpot winners.
And the National Lottery has confirmed that the winning store locations will be announced tomorrow.
The lucky numbers in the draw were: 01, 06, 08, 12, 13, 16 and the bonus was 35.
A National Lottery spokesperson said: “What a night for Lotto players in Dublin, with not one, not two but THREE players winning huge sums in Wednesday night’s draw.
“Two players became millionaires overnight after splitting the jackpot and winning €3,867,027 each.
“The night’s two biggest winners have been added to our year-to-date list of jackpot winners in 10th and 11thS.
“We will announce tomorrow where the winning tickets were purchased, but in the meantime we urge all our Dublin players to check their tickets carefully today as two players now have tickets worth over €3 each, 8 million.
“And they weren’t the only Dublin players to score a big win in the midweek draw.
“An online player has won the Match 5 + Bonus prize worth a whopping €581,131 after purchasing his ticket using the Scheduled Play feature in the National Lottery app.”
“All three winners are advised to sign the back of their tickets and keep them safe.
“They should contact our prize claims team on 1800 666 222 or email [email protected] and arrangements will be made for the jackpot winners to collect their life-changing amounts.”

Meanwhile, an online player in Dublin was also celebrating after matching five numbers and winning the bonus to win €581,131 in last night’s draw.
The online player made his winnings after purchasing his ticket via the Scheduled Play service in the National Lottery app.
