A famous Thanksgiving parade in New York City turned into a pro-Palestinian demonstration… with protesters disrupting the route and causing chaos before starting up.
Groups of protesters taped their hands to 6th Avenue as the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade approached… forcing the NYPD to reroute floats and balloons.

The demonstrators, dressed in white jumpsuits soaked in fake blood, protested against ‘capitalism’ and ‘genocide’ in the Middle East… while chanting ‘Free Palestine’.
The crowd tried to drown out the demonstrations with boos… and police eventually removed demonstrators from the parade route… but not without delay.
Other demonstrators took out a large banner reading “Genocide Then. Genocide Now” as they protested in front of a McDonald’s float.
NYPD tells TMZ that several protesters have been taken into custody.
As you know, tensions are high in the Big Apple in the wake of the war between Israel and Hamas Susan Sarandon attending a pro-Palestinian protest and drop from her Hollywood talent agency for her controversial speech.
Sarandon said Jewish people in America who have been living in fear of anti-Semitism since last month’s Hamas terror attacks are finding out what it feels like to be Muslim in America.
Ultimately, the demonstrations didn’t stop the Thanksgiving parade from chugging along…but not without some drama.
