BGT fans ‘can’t cope’ as Amanda risks Ofcom complaints with dress

Amanda Holden ignored Ofcom complaints as she donned a daring outfit on yesterday’s Britain’s Got Talent.

The 52-year-old returned on Tuesday as the search continued for the next star to compete on the Royal Variety show. She was joined on the programme by fellow judges Simon Cowell, Alesha Dixon and Bruno Tonioli.

The mum-of-two is renowned for her fashion sense and is unafraid to push the boundaries with her racy outfits. Amanda has previously said BGT is the perfect show to “take risks” and said she hates the phrase “dressing for your age”.

Amanda said: “Times have changed and I don’t feel anyone should feel pressure to dress for your age. It’s all about body positivity and feeling good.” Her willingness to take risks has sometimes provokes Ofcom complaints as a, £11,000 dress she wore in 2017 sparked 663 complaints.

But Amanda refused to pay attention to the haters who took a disliking to the dress. She has previously said: “That dress was hysterical – it was Julien Macdonald. I had bits of fish wire underneath my breasts trying to hold that together. But, look, I’m from a small-chest family, plus you know I’m 48 years old.”

Amanda has continued to wear risky outfits and fans heaped praise as she dazzled in a see through dress on last night’s programme. The Heart Radio DJ shared snaps of the dress on Instagram alongside the caption: “Live show 2.”
