Beyoncé is ‘deeply grateful’ as she shares the review video for ‘Renaissance’

Beyonce shares her gratitude for the fantastic premiere of her new film, Renaissance: A Beyoncé Film.

In a post shared on Wednesday, Beyoncé wrote a surprisingly long caption she thanks her fans and friends for supporting her latest project. “I’m so grateful to AMC and every team member who worked so hard on this film. I can’t thank you all enough for your support,” the mother of three wrote alongside a moving video compilation of the film’s premiere and reviews.

“It was one of the hardest things I’ve ever done because of the short turnaround time. I practically slept through the editing, coloring and mixing sessions. The race against time continued to get this film out so quickly,” says she. added. “But it was so worth it. I’m overwhelmed by the outpouring of love from my Hive. And WOW! I’m so touched and encouraged by the incredible reviews!!!”

Beyoncé then praised the fans who dressed up “in their most lavish lewks” for their movie screenings and admitted that she was thrilled that the infamous Mute Challenge was still happening in theaters.

“Please keep that energy going. I can’t wait to see what else you all do :),” she wrote. “I also love seeing the positive experiences of people who weren’t my fans or didn’t know my story yet. The people who had no interest in seeing my shows, who now have a deeper understanding and respect for everything that necessary to be a RENAISSANCE woman.”

She ended her note with a message about her uncle Johnny, to whom she dedicated the album. “I’m very proud that we launched the film on World AIDS Day in memory of my Uncle Johnny.
