Al Pacino must pay Noor Alfallah $30,000 per month in child support

Oscar-winning actor Al Pacino will cough up $30,000 a month in child support to girlfriend Noor Alfallah for their four-month-old son Roman, according to court documents obtained by ET.

In September, Alfallah, 29, full physical custody requested of their child, and in October, the couple arranged custodyvisitation schedules and child support.

The new documents about Pacino, 83, and Alfallah’s arrangement shed light on the couple’s parenting system and the finances of raising their young son.

The Scarface The actor pays his girlfriend $110,000 upfront and $30,000 per month in “basic” child support, but can pay up to an additional $90,000 at the end of the year, depending on his earnings.

Pacino will also put $15,000 a year into an education fund for Roman starting this year and will be responsible for 100 percent of any medical costs not covered by insurance.

As for custody, Alfallah was granted primary physical custody, while Pacino was granted visitation. They will work together to determine how the holiday and school schedules will work.

The agreement also indicates that Pacino agreed to pay his girlfriend’s attorney fees, up to $20,000.

The agreement is in line with Alfalla’s original filing in September, in which she requested Pacino for “reasonable visitation” and that they share joint legal custody of Roman.

As part of that application, Alfallah submitted a voluntary declaration of parentage, which she and Pacino signed six days after Roman’s birth. The document acknowledges Pacino’s paternity regarding their child.

The couple was romantically linked for the first time in April 2022and Alfallah gave birth to Roman on June 6 at Cedars-Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles.

Despite the custody filing, Pacino’s publicist, Stan Rosenfield, told ET last month that Pacino and Alfallah have not split.

“Al and Noor have successfully worked together and reached mutual agreements regarding their child Roman,” Rosenfeld told ET. “They are together.”

When asked what prompted Alfallah to seek custody, Rosenfeld told ET, “That’s a question for Noor.”

It’s unclear if their relationship status has changed since Rosenfeld made that insight.

The Oscar-winning actor does father of three adult children — 33-year-old daughter Julie Pacino, from his previous relationship with Jan Tarrant, and 22-year-old twins, Olivia and Anton Pacino, from his relationship with Beverly D’Angelo.

Also an actress and model Camila Morrone refers to Pacino as her stepfather after dating her mother, Lucila Solá, for several years.
