50 cents is currently on parole for throwing a microphone into the crowd at his LA show in August … an incident that left an audience member with multiple lacerations to her head and face.
Power 106 radio host Bryhana Monegain filed a police report following the incident on August 30… and police initially presented the case as a misdemeanor to the LA County district attorney – but the district attorney’s office later kicked the case to the DA’s office LA City Attorney.
Now the Public Prosecution Service tells TMZ that no criminal charges have been filed against the 48-year-old rapper, and there won’t be as long as he keeps his nose clean.
We’re told the business will remain open for a year from the date of the incident …and it could be re-evaluated for possible criminal charges if further incidents occurred between 50 and Bryhana.

This all started when 50 Cent was performing at LA’s Crypto.com Arena, and video showed him angrily throwing his microphone into the crowd… and Bryhana was hit in the forehead so hard that she needed medical attention.
There were technical problems during the concert and 50 was angry because the microphone did not function properly. His lawyer Scott Leemon told us that 50 “would never intentionally hit anyone with a microphone.”
