Rescue groups are persevering with to look the water off the Devon coast after studies of swimmers in issue, police have mentioned.
Devon and Cornwall Police had been referred to as at 10:25 GMT to the seaside at Budleigh Salterton after concern was raised for individuals within the water, prompting a major emergency response.
