A TRAVEL expert has revealed how you can track your baggage in MOMENTS using a cheap and nifty hack.
TikTok user @megspassport has shared how she keeps tracks of her bags using her iPhone and a cheap but essential piece of tech.

While passengers moving through Dublin Airport have said security queues are “moving well” – they can’t say the same for bag drop and check-in desks.
Grim statistics revealed that over 4,000 bags are missing at Dublin Airport, while the Oireachtas Committee on Transport and Communications was told on Tuesday that over 270 bags are being misplaced everyday.
Luckily the Irish TikToker’s lifesaving hack could save 100s of flyers time, money and energy searching for their lost luggage.
In her TikTok explainer, she said: “Are you worried that your luggage might go missing in the airport or might not make it to teh plane?
“Well fear not because I’m going out show you how you can track your luggage at all points throughout your travel journey using this small device called a tile.”
She goes on to explain that a tile is a bluetooth enabled device that helps you track misplaced items that might be nearby or far away.
It is a small pocket sized puc that can be tracked on your Android or Apple device and can be attached to absolutely anything.
She added: “It’s not just used for luggage, you can use it on your keyrings or on the collar of your dog.

“First of all you need to have a smart device, and enable your bluetooth and location services.
You then sign up in the Tile app with all your details including your location.
“You then pop this guy into your suitcase and you’ll be able to see through the app it’s exact location.
“And when you check in your luggage, you’ll be able to see exactly where it is in the airport and you’ll be able to make sure that it made it to the belly of the plane.
“If it’s nearby as well you’ll see on the app that it’s green and if it’s far far far away it will be coloured grey.
“And the moral of the story is to invest in a Tile!”
Tiles cost around €16-€25 on Amazon, while Apple’s own version of the bluetooth tracker, the AirTags, cost €35 on their website.
