TWO people have scored big in the Lotto tonight, bringing home almost €4 million each.
Both players matched six numbers to land the jackpot prize which was worth a life-changing €7,734,054.
They will now split the huge sum, which is the second largest Lotto jackpot won so far this year, and receive €3,867,027 each.
And it was a night full of luck for Lotto players across the country, with one other player matching five numbers and the bonus to score an impressive prize worth €581,131.
Lotto bosses are expected to reveal their location during the week.
The lucky numbers in question were: 1, 6, 8, 12, 13 and 16 with bonus ball 35.
Irish Lotto players have been urged to check their tickets carefully as they may be the fortunate punters.
No one managed to win the Lotto Plus 1 top prize, which was worth €1,000,000.
However, 12 players brought home a respectable €500 each after matching five digits, which were: 22, 24, 27, 30, 44, 46 and bonus number 12.
In the Lotto Plus 2, there were no winners of the jackpot worth €250,000.
The lucky digits were: 7, 15, 25, 28, 45, 47 and bonus ball number 5.
One player matched five numbers and a bonus to score €2,500 and in total, over 79,000 won prizes in the Lotto and Lotto Plus draws.
There were 69 winners of the Raffle Prize with winning number 2271. They will now each receive €500 each.
The jackpot will now go back to its minimum jackpot worth €2m for the next draw on Saturday at 7:45pm.
Meanwhile, Euromillions players are being urged to log into their online National Lottery accounts after one lucky player in the capital scooped the top prize of €500,000 last night.
WINNER NOTIFICATION
The National Lottery has confirmed that a notification to the user’s online account.
A separate email has now been sent to the lucky Dublin ticket holder.
The winning numbers in the Tuesday’s Plus draw were: 05, 27, 34, 42 and 45.
And in August, a Lotto player from the picturesque county of Leitrim became Ireland’s newest Millionaire after scooping the Lotto Jackpot prize worth a life-changing €4,257,050.
The player officially become the 25th National Lottery Millionaire of 2023 as well as the 9th Lotto Jackpot winner of the year following two wins in Limerick, two wins in Dublin and wins in Meath, Donegal, Westmeath, and Louth.

Your ticket is a bearer instrument, so treat it as if it were cash. It is the only valid proof of a game played and must be presented to claim a prize.
