This marks the 8th top prize win in the Daily Million games so far this year and the 18th National Lottery millionaire of 2023.

The winning numbers for Friday’s (June 30) 9pm draw were: 01, 07, 15, 24, 33, 39 and the bonus was 08.

The National Lottery will reveal the winning store location in the coming days.

Meanwhile, in last night’s EuroMillions draw, a player in Ballinasloe in Co. Galway scooped the €500,000 top prize in the EuroMillions Plus draw.

Incredibly, this is the second such prize to hit Ballinasloe in the space of seven days after another player in the Galway town scooped the exact same prize in last Friday’s ( June 24) draw.

The winning numbers in the EuroMillions Plus draw were: 06, 12, 37, 47, 50.

The all-important winning ticket was sold at the EuroSpar store in Townparks in Ballinasloe in Co. Galway.

And while there was no winner of Friday night’s EuroMillions jackpot worth over €39million – another player in Ireland won big after they matched five numbers in the draw to win €26,402.

The winning ticket was sold at the AppleGreen & Gala store in Boyle, Co. Roscommon.

Next Tuesday night’s EuroMillions jackpot is heading for an estimated €50million.

Earlier this week, a school syndicate celebrated in Lotto HQ after collecting a cheque for €250,000.

The Craigtown group made the trip from Donegal to Dublin to pick up their winnings from the Lotto Plus 2 draw on Saturday, May 27.

The group scooped the top prize win after purchasing the winning ticket at Doherty’s Centra in Moville, Co Donegal.

Speaking in the Winners’ Room, Syndicate Manager Margaret Farren explained that buying the ticket for that particular draw was not as straightforward as usual.

She added: “I was holidaying on the North Antrim coast when I realized that I didn’t have a ticket for the draw that night.

“I figured that I would get our ticket at some point during the day but as we got closer to the draw time, I was getting worried as I needed to get back to Donegal to get it.

“By then, it was becoming a mad dash to find the best way back.

“As luck would have it, the ferry had just started running again the previous day so I got that back to Greencastle and then made my way to Moville to get our ticket.

“I only had 15 minutes left to get our ticket at that stage.”
