Lotto gamblers win a huge amount of money as the winning numbers are revealed and the jackpot worth €13 million rolls

A LUCKY Lotto punter won a huge prize worth €51,390 in tonight’s draw, but no one managed to hit the eye-watering jackpot.

One player matched five numbers and the bonus ball to take home the impressive cash win, but missed the top prize of €13,022,596 by just one number.

In total, more than 110,000 players won prizes in the Lotto and Lotto Plus draws and 37 players matched five numbers in the main draw to take home a cool €833 each.

The winning numbers in question were: 3, 4, 12, 13, 25, 29 and bonus ball 17.

The jackpot is expected to carry over to a whopping €13.5 million for Saturday’s jackpot.

There was no winner of the Lotto Plus prize, which was worth a life-changing €1,000,000, but 13 players matched five numbers and took home €500 each.

The lucky numbers were: 2, 5, 21, 22, 35, 39 and bonus ball 32.

There was no winner of the €250,000 jackpot in the Lotto Plus 2 draw, but two players still won a decent amount.

Two players have matched five numbers and the bonus and go home with €2,500.

The numbers drawn were: 12, 25, 26, 27, 34, 35 and bonus number 8.

In addition, Lotto bosses have confirmed the exact store where last weekend’s winning ticket, worth a whopping €65,789, was sold.

The lucky punter, based in Co Limerick, had a Saturday night to remember after matching five numbers and the bonus ball in the main lotto draw to win the huge prize.

The player, from Kilmallock, purchased his Quick Pick ticket on the day of the draw from Ryan’s SuperValu store on Sarsfield Street in Kilmallock Town centre.

The winning numbers in question were: 02, 15, 23, 36, 38, 40 and the bonus was 46.

Lotto bosses have urged all players in the area to check their slips to see if they won the big sum in last Saturday night’s draw.

In a statement, a spokesperson said: “The National Lottery has called on all lottery players in Kilmallock to check their tickets to see if they are Saturday night’s big winner.

“They are advised to sign the ticket, keep it in a safe place and call the National Lottery prize claims team on 1800 222 666 or email [email protected].”

Separately, Lotto bosses revealed the stores where two lucky tickets worth €54,583 each were sold.

The Cork and Galway punters took the money after matching five numbers and the bonus during the midweek draw.

The Rebel County winner purchased their Normal Play ticket on the day of the drawing at Centra on Main Street in Buttevant.

And the Galway winner bought his Quick Pick ticket, also on the day of the draw, from Henchy’s Daybreak at 38 Eyre Square.

The winning numbers in the draw on Wednesday January 10 were: 02, 08, 12, 26, 44, 45 and the bonus was 24.

The winners, who now have tickets worth €54,583 each, are advised to sign the back of their ticket.
