“A Kildare player also won big after matching five numbers and the bonus to win €88,830.”

They added: “The biggest winners from last night’s draw are advised to sign the back of their tickets and keep them safe.

“The winners should make contact with the National Lottery prize claims team on 1800 666 222 or email [email protected] and arrangements will be made for them to claim their prizes.”

Elsewhere, it was a day for celebrations in Limerick after Lotto bosses confirmed the shop that sold the winning ticket in Friday’s draw.

Staff at Ryan’s Supervalu on Sarsfield Street in Killmallock were thrilled to hear that their store sold the winning €1 million ticket.

Friday’s €1 million win marked the 6th Daily Million top prize win of 2023 following wins by players in Tipperary, Donegal, Kildare and two in Dublin.

Store Manager Gareth Davies was delighted to hear that one of his customers had a life-changing start to their weekend.

He said: “What a way to spend a Friday night – becoming a millionaire! All of the staff here will be so excited to hear the news as soon as word gets out.

“We’re a busy shop in town with about 60 of us working here so it’s a great boost for us all.

“We have lots of regular locals who come into us too so I’m sure they’ll be delighted to hear we sold a winner as it’s positive news for the community.”

‘DISBELIEF’

Lotto chiefs have confirmed that the millionaire has made contact with the prize team.

Arrangements are now being made for them to claim their massive Euromillions prize.

And a Tipperary woman who won a massive €500,000 in the EuroMillions Plus draw on Friday 23rd June has been left reeling at the news.

She visited Lotto HQ this week to collect her cheque after winning the top prize amount.

The Premier County winner was still in shock while sitting in the Winners Room and said: “I’ve definitely been in a state of disbelief ever since the win.

“I checked the ticket the night of the draw and probably didn’t get a lot of sleep afterwards.
