Irish Lotto player wins life-changing sum as location of lucky crime is revealed

A LUCKY Irish Euromillions gambler has scooped a life-changing €500,000 prize in tonight’s draw.

Lotto bosses have revealed the winner is in Tipperary – and may not even know they are carrying the lucky ticket.

There was no winner of the Euromillions jackpot, which was worth a whopping €64,205,788.

The numbers drawn were: 8, 13, 14, 24 and 26 with lucky stars 1 and 2.

The Tipperary winner matched all five numbers in the Euromillions Plus draw to win the top prize of €500,000.

The winning numbers were: 9, 14, 31, 40 and 44.

The ten winners took home an impressive €5,000 in the Ireland Only Raffle.

The numbers in question were: I-QHK-84830, I-QHP-74016, I-QHQ-53725, I-QHR-20334, I-QHR-51387, I-QHS-06400, I-QHS-60505, I- QHT-42198, I-QHT-67360 and I-QHV-31739.

Tonight’s jackpot winner is advised to sign the back of their ticket and keep it safe.

They should contact the National Lottery prize claims team on 1800 666 222 or email [email protected]. Arrangements will then be made for them to collect their prize.

This comes after Lotto bosses unveiled the lucky store where a life-changing €3.5million ticket was sold.

The player enjoyed a romantic day to remember after becoming Ireland’s newest multi-millionaire during the midweek draw.

The celebrations begin in Dundalk, Co Louth, where the lucky ticket was sold.

Lotto chiefs have confirmed the ticket was sold at Arthur’s Shop on Newry Road.

The winning numbers were 1, 5, 10, 15, 44, 47 and the bonus number was 45.

The gambler won €3,523,021 as the top prize in Wednesday’s draw.

And it’s the second Lotto jackpot won so far this year.

Players in Louth are now urged to check their tickets carefully.

We encourage all our players who purchased their tickets in Louth to check their tickets carefully today as one player has a prize worth €3,523,021 waiting for him.

“The first thing the jackpot winner will need to do is sign the back of their ticket and then contact our prize claims team who will arrange for Ireland’s newest millionaire to visit Lotto headquarters to collect his life-changing prize.”
