I won £2.8 million but ended up in court for over £400. I lost money on the glamor model’s wife

A MAN who scored £2.8 million on the Lotto ended up in court for just £400 after blowing all the money in a lavish spending spree.

Way back to 1995, Mike Antonucci, an antiques dealer, won an eye-watering sum when he got his hands on the golden ticket.

Thinking he was set for life, Antonucci quickly left his job and literally started spending money that took him all over the world.

His newfound bachelor lifestyle consisted of fast cars, yachts and luxury vacations.

Antonucci also invested in a massage parlour, a pub, a nightclub and a pop music venue.

The multi-millionaire bought a £750,000 estate, a £250,000 harborside apartment and a £200,000 speedboat.

He then married topless model Kelly Arkins, then 22, in a £10,000 ceremony in the Bahamas.

Antonucci even bought her breast implants for £4,500.

But the marriage lasted only twelve weeks and his businesses, including an attempt to launch a pop band, flopped.

At one point, thanks to his terrible decisions, he slept on a lilo in a pub he ran in Plymouth.

This, combined with a series of failed business ventures, eventually saw him return to recycling house clearance furniture.

It is not surprising that Antonucci’s lifestyle only lasted him ten years.

He was last reported living “day to day” as a furniture exporter in 2012.

It comes as self-styled “King Of Chavs” Michael Carroll wore an electronic anklet when he won £9.7million on the National Lottery in 2002.

He was 19 years old at the time and squandered his fortune on a six-bedroom country house in Norfolk, which he equipped with a swimming pool and a motor racing track.

His drug addiction caused Michael to spend £2,000 a day on cocaine, which ultimately left him destitute.

Meanwhile, Jane Park became the youngest Briton ever to win the EuroMillions when she hit the £1 million jackpot in 2013 at the age of 17.

At the time she won, she was a temporary worker earning £8 an hour, living in a two-bedroom flat in Edinburgh council that she shared with her mother Linda.

But things got worse when she felt ’empty’ after her win and spent £4.5k on a breast enlargement from 34B to 36FF and another couple of thousand on a Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) in Turkey.

Jane feared for her life after suffering a severe reaction to anesthesia and contracting sepsis in 2017.

Two years later, she launched her OnlyFans to flash topless photos of herself, followed by more plastic surgery to get her ‘dream body’ with liposuction and a corrective BBL.

Now 28 and wiser, she believes winning the lottery cursed her life and wishes it had never happened.
