Tyrese Gibson honors his good friend’s legacy within the quick lane… saying that just about $1 million has been raised in honor of his late “Quick & Livid” co-star Paul Walker’s charity.

Tyrese took the stage with Paul’s brother Cody this weekend at FuelFest in West Palm Seashore, FL… and advised the group of over 20,000 that Paul’s nonprofit, Attain Out WorldWide, had formally surpassed the $1 million milestone.

TMZ has realized that Tyrese had a slight lead… however they’ve nearly reached $1 million! The group is assured they’ll surpass the total mark by the tip of the 12 months… after seven years of regular fundraising.

Paul based Attain Out WorldWide in 2010, making a catastrophe aid group targeted on bringing expert volunteers to locations devastated by pure disasters… impressed by the lethal earthquake in Haiti that 12 months. ROWW stays lively in catastrophe aid efforts world wide.

FuelFest is a world automotive competition based by Paul’s brother Cody, with a portion of the proceeds benefiting ROWW.

As you’ll recall, Paul was tragically killed in a critical automotive accident in November 2013… however it’s clear that his legacy lives on.
