Taylor Swift wears a custom Kelce puffer jacket for the Chiefs Playoff game

Taylor Swift‘s secret to enduring ultra-cold temperatures in Kansas City for the Dolphins-Chiefs AFC wild-card playoff game? A habit Travis Kelce jacket!

The Midnights singer arrived at Arrowhead Stadium on Saturday wearing a puffer jacket that paid tribute to her NFL star boyfriend. She also wore a black shirt and a white hat. The eye-catching jacket is thanks to San Francisco 49ers fullback Kyle Juszczyk’s wife, Kristin, who the jacket is made by hand that will definitely take Swifties by storm. Brittany Mahomes donned her own custom puffer jacket in honor of her quarterback husband Patrick Mahomesand she paired it with Clyde’s faux fur Dollop bucket hat.

Once past the bowels of Arrowhead Stadium and on her way to a seat, Swift literally stood in front of frozen windows in the luxury box. Even part of the field was frozen during the match, and ditto Chiefs coach Andy Reid’s mustache! The temperature at kick-off was… 4 degrees below zerowith a feeling temperature of a crushing minus 27 degrees. CBS Sports reported that there have only been five games ever where the kick-off temperature was below zero, and this match is one of them.

Just for kicks, the playing temperature in Miami is 70 degrees.

Once in her seat, Swift sat next to Kelce’s mother, Donna Kelce. They’re no strangers to talking about it during Kelce’s games, and they did so again Saturday night. At one point, Swift could be seen leaning out the window and high-fiving fans who also braved the freezing temperatures.

Swift’s appearance at the playoff game comes less than a week after she attended the 2024 Golden Globes, where she nominated in the Cinematic and Box Office Achievement category. The Golden Globe went to Barbie.

But all good. Still the ‘anti-hero’ had the best nightwithout the Jo Koy joke.

Before the Chiefs’ playoff game, ET spoke with Donna about a possible Kelce brothers rematch in the Super Bowl. But to see her boys… Travis And Jason Kelce — competing in the Super Bowl again with their respective teams is an unlikely idea. Only once in NFL history have two of the same teams returned to the Super Bowl in consecutive seasons. It happened nearly thirty years ago, when the Dallas Cowboys met the Buffalo Bills in Super Bowl XXVIII on January 30, 1994.

“No, I think it’s hard enough to get back to the Super Bowl,” she said when asked about the possible rematch. “But I really think this year has been difficult and the teams… there’s a lot of equality. So we’ll see what happens.”
