The Brown family has apparently spent another holiday apart amid their ongoing tensions. Various Kody BrownThe woman’s ex-wives shared on Instagram over the holiday weekend how they spent Thanksgiving apart.
In recent years, amid splits and feuds within the family, especially involving Kody and his sole remaining wife, Robin Brown — the stars of Sister women we haven’t spent the holidays together.
During Thanksgiving, Janelle Brownwho divorced Kody in 2022, took to Instagram to share her Thanksgiving table with her and Kody’s children, Savanah Brown, Gabriel Brown and Garrison Brown.
“Thanksgiving dinner for my Flagstaff tribe with the bonus of Gabe’s roommates,” Janelle wrote, adding, “It was incredibly grounding today cooking for the group. I watched the Macy’s parade, cooked, baked and just hung out today. Everyone left now Savanah and I are relaxing. It was a great day 😀”
Kody’s tension with his older children, especially Gabriel and Garrison, led to his estrangement and eventual divorce from Janelle. About the most recent season of Sister womenthe brothers both expressed their frustrations with their father and Robyn.
As regards Christine Brownwho split from Kody in 2021 and remarried David Woolley in October, she spent the weekend cooking and shopping on Black Friday.
In a cooking tutorial video, Christine rocked a black T-shirt that read, “I tried polygamy,” and showed fans how to make her famous sandwiches.
She later went shopping with David and a friend, writing on Instagram: “Black Friday Shopping for the first time with my husband!! #blackfriday #shoppingwithmyhusband #shopping.”
And Christine also got some grandkids time with her daughter, Mykelti Padron, three children.
“I love living close to @mykeltip. I also love what an amazing mother she is!! She is truly the most thoughtful, kind and forgiving person I know. I am blessed to be her mother! # grandma #blessedmom #babysitting # shesfreakingamazing,” Christine wrote alongside a series of photos of herself and her grandchildren on Instagram.
As for Meri Brown, she spent the day with friends in Lake Michigan.
“Happy Thanksgiving from the cold and windy shores of beautiful Lake Michigan! Wishing you a day full of love, laughter, family and friendships! #Thanksgiving2023,” the reality star captioned a waterfront selfie.
She later shared more photos from the holiday, writing, “What an amazing and beautiful Thanksgiving week with friends! Thank you @blairmichael12 for inviting us to spend a few wonderful days with your family and friends, and for introducing us to the new man in my life! I think I’m keeping him! 🤩 My very first trip to Michigan certainly did not disappoint!!”
The ‘new guy’ in question was a cute little boy that Meri posed with in several photos.
Tensions in the Brown family are at an all-time high now that Robyn is Kody’s only remaining wife. All of the polygamist’s other wives have left him, claiming he is showing clear favoritism towards his fourth wife.
In the new One on one special, Kody admitted just being “in love” with Robyn and not his other three wives.
