Todd Nepola dismisses lawsuit towards Bravo with prejudice

Todd Nepola is not all in favour of suing Bravo and NBC for defamation… and dismissed his lawsuit earlier this week.
The “Actual Housewives of Miami” star has filed a quick with the courtroom voluntarily dismissing his motion towards the large corporations… and dismissing the lawsuit with prejudice so he cannot file it once more.
The doc doesn’t present a cause for the dismissal.
We broke the story… Todd filed the lawsuit in October, accusing the community of mendacity about his funds to make clear storylines surrounding his spouse, Alexia Nepola, throughout seasons 6 and seven of “RHOM.”
The lawsuit particularly referenced a number of episodes wherein Adriana de Moura allegedly unfold false claims about his enterprise plummeting and prompt he may need to downgrade his residence as nicely.
