Madonna shouted a woman in a wheelchair because she didn't get up during one of her concerts – and even though everyone scared her for it… it really doesn't bother the lady herself.
Vanessa Gorman — who was the woman who called Madge in Vancouver last month — tells TMZ … she was quite shocked by the call to the Rogers Arena concert — because she says she was in a bright pink wheelchair and thought Madonna it could see clear as day.

She also says that at first she didn't think Madonna was talking about her when the singer asked why she wasn't standing, but when it became clear she was a little impressed… which you can see in this video of her angle, obtained by TMZ.
Look… Madonna speaks to Vanessa, who was sitting on the floor near the stage. While the spotlight was technically on her, Vanessa says she was unfazed by the attention… and responded by simply shouting her love for the singer. So no outrage.
Looking back on the conversation, Vanessa, who is paralyzed from a 1999 car accident, doesn't think Madonna was mean… defending her idol by saying it was clearly a mistake. For anyone wondering, she isn't offended by the situation at all.
She adds… “Some people are in wheelchairs and can stand – she had no idea I was paralyzed.”
The fan applauds Madonna for that apologize immediately and into the microphone for all to hear. FWIW, Vanessa says she enjoyed the rest of the concert.
Unfortunately for Madge, this was just the latest headline to hit her world tour in recent months. Remember, Madonna was called by Luther Vandross' Estate after the singer made a mistake included in the AIDS tribute that plays during her performance of 'Live to Tell'.
Hopefully Madonna isn't hung up on the drama… because Vanessa certainly isn't.
