The deal was titled “Confidential Settlement Settlement and Mutual Basic Disclosure.”
“The events have agreed to enter into this settlement addressing all previous, current and future claims, disputes, causes of motion, defenses and alleged losses, together with with out limitation all claims and defenses arising out of or referring to the subject material of the intercourse tape.”
The deal states that Ray agreed to not maintain Hulu or Disney chargeable for any claims – “The Kardashians” will air on Hulu.
A provision within the deal acknowledged that the events agreed to not “disparage or impugn the character, popularity, integrity, honesty, dealings or enterprise practices” of one another.
The contract was filed as a part of the continuing defamation lawsuit Kim and Kris filed in opposition to Ray J over public claims he made that they had been being investigated by the FBI. Kim and Kris declare it is all made up.
Ray J countered this, claiming that Kim and Kris “spent 20 years spreading the false story that the intercourse tape Kardashian filmed together with her former boyfriend [Ray J] was leaked in opposition to her will.”
He claimed that Kim and Kris approached him in 2023 to signal an settlement that prohibited the events from speaking concerning the intercourse tape. He stated he was paid $6 million as a part of the deal and that the deal included monetary penalties if both social gathering broke it.
