Cardi B And Offset are being sued over the house they rented in Beverly Hills… for allegedly skipping rent and leaving the house trashed.
According to the documents, obtained by TMZ, Cardi and Offset lived in the posh property from early 2022, but left the property in October – without notice.
According to the landlord, they were in arrears on rent and utilities when they left.
Making matters worse, the owners say they found “significant property damage” when the couple moved out… including permanent scratches on the tile floors, rugs and curtains, broken furniture, holes in the walls and burn marks on things like tables , counters and cabinets.
They estimate the cost of the damage to be about $85,000… and the landlord says they’ve tried several times to fix the problem, but to no avail.

The ownership drama comes after Cardi and Offset’s relationship hit the rocks… as you know, Cardi unleashed a profanity-filled tirade in which he accused Offset of cheating and said they were no longer an item.
We’ve reached out to Cardi B and Offset’s reps for comment…so far no word back.
