The creator of the “Name of Responsibility” online game, Vincent Zampella, reportedly died in a automobile crash on a mountainous stretch of freeway close to Los Angeles over the weekend.
The California Freeway Patrol says the single-vehicle crash was reported Sunday afternoon round 12:45 p.m. close to mile marker 62 on Angeles Crest Freeway in Altadena.
