President Joe Biden on Tuesday issued a powerful condemnation of former President Donald Trump’s supporters, specifically comic Tony Hinchcliffe, who not too long ago made a controversial “joke” that Puerto Rico was a “floating island of trash.”
In a video Tuesday, Biden stated: “Donald Trump has no character. He does not care in regards to the Latino group…not too long ago a speaker at his rally referred to as Puerto Rico a floating island of trash? … The one trash I see is his supporters floating round there.”

A White Home spokesperson later claimed to NBC Information correspondent Gabe Gutierrez that Biden was referring solely to Hinchcliffe and to not Trump’s supporters as an entire.
As you realize, Hinchcliffe made the feedback about Puerto Rico at Trump’s rally at Madison Sq. Backyard in New York this weekend.
